Acceptable use
These tools are provided for lawful personal and professional use. You may not use them to process images for fraudulent documents, impersonation, or any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to discontinue access to any user who abuses these services.
No warranty on output accuracy
We make every effort to keep specification data accurate and up to date. However, government exam photo requirements change. Always verify the current official specifications on the relevant government portal before submitting any document. We are not responsible for rejections caused by specification changes after our tools were last updated.
Service availability
These tools are provided free of charge on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageTools and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of these tools — including exam application rejections, document submission failures, or data loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
